Kevin's been busy that last few days, getting walls fixed and ready to paint. Walls that have needed some help for two years now. Some walls major help. As soon as he's done, and my dad installs the new fireplace mantel he made, I'll post pictures. It will be a transformation you won't believe!
It's so exciting to see things happening, changing, getting better. Amazing what a little drywall compound, paint, and elbow grease can do. We're not spending a lot of money yet, though it needs to be done eventually. Right now we're sticking with the stuff that's cheap to fix, but makes a big impact. Our bathroom will have to wait because that has a larger price tag, even with Kevin doing all the work.
And our 2 year old little boy, Lex, has obtained a SEVERE bout of mommy-itis. I actually think he might be jealous of the attention that I give to Kevin. Not sure how to handle that one, because it's the first time I've run into jealousy like that. I know the deployment is the cause, but how do I fix it??
I was hoping to have some new pics for you all - but with the sickness I haven't been able to practice. The bath pictures were so I could practice using my speedlite (flash). Plus I've remembered to use custom whibal again lately, it is the ONLY way to go but I keep forgetting that. I'm going to pick up my photography again and hope to gain some more time home with the new baby. I have a shoot at the kids preschool this spring, I hope that goes well, I pray it goes well!!
And last week's belly pic for you. I wanted to wear the same shirt a week apart to get an idea of the growth, because everyone keeps telling me how big I'm getting. And telling me I have a long way to go yet. Gee, thanks, I didn't know that!!

Oh no, so sorry you've been sick! The flu while pregnant- I cant imagine...ugh!

I hope you feel better, and the flu ends quickly. I'd rather have the worst cold in the house than the stomach bug. Hope the laundry pile isn't too high either.

Ear infections have invaded our house. Emma, my sister and nephew came down with them. I thankfully escaped with just the sniffles, and Peter didn't get sick at all.
